Blog 5: A photo I like!

Hello, everybody! Sorry for my absence But I'm back to keep this blog updated !!

So this entry is about a photo we like, and it made me realize I haven't taken any photo in a while, except for the ones for my photography project for the university haha

I was very conflicted with that project because I don't usually take portraits, in contrary to my teacher, I lean more to capture architecture, some objects, and landscape.

For example, this photo I took in 2017, in the Center of Santiago.

This one is Almirante Barroso Street, close to the UAH campus, where my sister used to study, and I waited for her so we could go home together.

I really like how the colors contrast, because green and red are complementary colors, and my cellphone could catch all those hues very well.

But now, with this photography project, the task was to take black and white photos, and I never do that! It was difficult because the things that usually catch my attention are colors, so I had to think images in a different way, but finally, I'm happy with the result, and I think this is very close to being my new favorite photo!

I believe it came out well, at first it is not clear that is a clock, and it kind of shows how I'm feeling in this quarantine like time has stopped or that I'm not experiencing it as always, it's a strange feeling, and taking photos has been therapeutic :)
